A Call Center agent will return your call within 72 hours to complete the registration process. You will need to have your StarSat decoder Smart Card number, SA ID number and your banking details available. follow step two installation procedure
3, Starsat installation
Get you Starsat installed to day , Starsat installation is totally different to other type of dish installations. We recommend using accredited starsat installers. An installer will have knowledge of how to attain the best signal and frequency to be used relative to the position of the clients premises. a simple starsat installation will take 60 minutes time to be installed by our technicians
4, Starsat Activation
After your STARSAT INSTALLATION is complete, please SMS 40008 to activate your subscription or call the Call Center ( 011 5829988 ). let the call center know that your installation was done by lubsat this will speed up the process.
5, Payment
Your initial payment must be made within 24 hours from activation to avoid disruption to your viewing. Please use your financial account number as reference when making payment,or speedy, accurate reconciliation of your payment.
